International shipping

 

  • Basically we ship worldwide via EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post. The shipping fee will vary depending on the destination of your shipping address, and it is based on weight. All shipping costs are calculated at check-out.

  • According to the Japan Post, there is a possibility of big delays even if the suspension is lifted for most countries, since Japan Post is affected by reduction of flights. At this time we cannot guarantee shipping times, and delivery delays are expected.

  • The availability list of mail service by Japan Post is currently updated twice every month. We will continue to update this page as we learn more.

  • For handmade stamps (custom stamps) & pre-order items, which have a time-lag to ship, please note that there is especially a possibility of changing shipping method depending on the up-to-date situation. In that case, there is a possibility of additional cost. We will confirm you when it happens. (We will create an invoice for the additional cost through the payment method you used, and send it to the customer by email. We will ship your package after confirming the payment.) We appreciate your continuous support and understanding for these changes.​

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties which are levied by and paid to your local customs office. Please see section "Customs & Duty".

  • Please note that there is a possibility of contactless delivery like “LEAVE AT DOOR”.

  • We comply with export compliance and regulations. We make the right export documents, and declare true value. Therefore, we do not adjust no matter what the value is. Adjustment of value can lead to fines and penalties. We appreciate your understanding for these compliance.

Domestic shipping

​

  • We use Japan Post mail service.

  • Shipping fee is depending on weight. All shipping costs will be calculated at check-out.

  • Tracking service is available.

  • It usually takes 1-3 days to get to the addressee after shipment.

  • It is not allowed to exclude consumption tax when we ship to domestic addresses.

Customs & Duty

  • Please note that if there are any customs and duties that apply to your order items, customers are responsible for all the cost. Each country has their own customs and duty, therefore, if you have any questions, please contact your country’s customs and duty department. As the packing list states, the customer is the importer and needs to comply with the laws & regulations of the importing country.

Payment method

  • Stripe and PayPal are available.

  • All prices are based in Japanese Yen, and the payment will be in Japanese Yen too.

1. Stripe

Credit card payment service. Customer can use this service without creating account.

VISA, Master, American Express are available.

2. PayPal

Credit card & debit card payment service. Guest Check-out is available. (Customer can pay via PayPal without signing in the account.)

Note

If you are unable to use Guest Checkout, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect email address: You entered an incorrect email address or an email address that PayPal was unable to verify.

  • Location is not supported: The ability to allow customers to pay via PayPal through guest checkout is determined by your local PayPal organization's security and risk management policies.

  • Fraud prevention measures: PayPal has fraud prevention measures in effect for all transactions and therefore, in some cases, PayPal might prevent a customer from using the guest checkout if they feel that the transaction poses a certain risk.
